I can see that. Just off the dyno and taking it home. What you can’t see so clearly in the photos is that it was a bit oxidized and dusty. Didn’t have the look of a brand new engine. Certainly, someone has plans.

I was headed home this afternoon and saw it ahead of me and had to catch up and see what it was.  I certainly don’t see things like this every day.

Race car engine, most likely.  Not a marine distributor, electric water pump, etc.
